Advertisements fund our services and allow us to provide our games for free. We serve our own ads in our games and also serve ads from third parties. We also serve ads on third-party properties (such as websites or apps) outside of our services. In both cases, we and our advertising partners generally use anonymous identifiers related to your device to select ads relevant to you, measure ad effectiveness, and other related purposes. Where permitted by applicable laws and regulations, use of the Service constitutes your agreement for us to share your data with our advertising partners (listed here) for behavioral advertising and other related purposes. You can manage your preferences in the settings of our games or your device. To obtain more information about how we and our advertising partners may use your data for advertising and how you can control data usage for these purposes, please click the plus sign.
Mobile advertising is based on the use of specific network identifiers, especially Advertising IDs and IP addresses, along with other identifiers. An "Advertising ID" is a string of alphanumeric characters usually provided by the device or its operating system. Apps installed on a device use the same Advertising ID even if they come from different publishers. The Advertising ID is called the Identifier for Advertisers ("IDFA") on iOS devices and the Google Advertising ID ("GAID") on Android devices.
Advertising IDs are used for behavioral advertising and other ad-related purposes to create an anonymous identity that remains consistent from one app or property to another. You can control the extent to which your Advertising ID is used in this way. You can usually reset or limit the use of your Advertising ID using privacy settings on your device. For example, you can choose not to "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS devices or choose to "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" on Android devices. This is a setting for each individual device, meaning you must set each device to your desired state individually. Our games may provide more options for you to opt in or out of ad-related data usage. Where applicable, these options can be found in game settings and may remind you to select your preferences. Your choices or any setting updates may take some time to take effect. Please note that resetting or limiting the use of the Advertising ID will not stop you from seeing ads, but the ads you see may be less relevant to you.
For more information on mobile privacy settings, we encourage you to refer to resources such as the Network Advertising Initiative's guide on not receiving ads on mobile devices (link). However, please note that we are not responsible for maintaining these resources and cannot guarantee their accuracy.
When you see ads in our games, we may share your Advertising ID and IP address along with information about the game and your device with our advertising partners. Our advertising partners can also collect information directly from our games through technologies such as Software Development Kits (SDKs). In various cases, they may use your data for multiple purposes, including limiting the number of times you see an ad or personalizing the ads you see to make the content more relevant to you (e.g., based on past activity they link to your Advertising ID). For more information, please refer to the privacy policies of the advertising partners listed here.
When you see our ads outside of our services (e.g., on third-party properties like websites or apps), the relevant ad network serving the ad to you may decide you might be interested in our services based on information such as past activity associated with your Advertising ID and user engagement data for our services. Ad networks may also use your data for the following purposes:
- Limit the number of times you see our ads.
- Notify users who have previously played our games about new content, updates, or other news related to those games.
- Avoid showing our ads to users who are already playing the advertised game.
Additionally, ad networks may provide services using Advertising IDs or other identifiers to find users who might be interested in our services to the extent that past activity or interests are similar to known service users of the ad network.
In-game ads and ads outside our services, Advertising IDs, or other identifiers are also used for ad performance measurement, which includes multiple metrics such as ad view counts, click counts, or installation counts driven by the ad. This measurement data can be collected or received directly or indirectly by multiple parties involved in ad serving (including us and our advertising partners), such as conversion pixel technologies inserted into ads. Measurement data can be used for various purposes, such as providing measurement services, detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud or scam behavior, or calculating payments between parties involved in ad serving.

When you visit our website, the system may prompt you to make choices regarding cookies. Some cookies may be necessary for the operation of the website. These cookies will be used on and stored on your device regardless of your choices regarding other types of cookies. You can also use browser or device settings to control the use of cookies, such as disabling some or all cookies, or setting the browser or device to notify you when a cookie is set. However, we also remind you that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use the services.

You have many options to limit or control the scope of data processing. For example, you can choose not to link third-party accounts to our games (or use the privacy settings of that third-party service provider to control the scope of data that can be shared with us), manage your preferences for data use for advertising purposes using options provided in our games, use device settings to reset or limit the use of Advertising IDs, or toggle features like push notifications or location tracking or disable some or all cookies from browser settings. Meanwhile, please note that our website may not respond to "Do Not Track" signals in HTTP headers.
6 Whom do we share your data with?
Since we operate the services globally, when you access or use our services, your data may be transferred to and/or processed in locations outside of your country/region. Where permitted by applicable laws and regulations, use of the services constitutes your consent for us to transfer your data to locations outside of your country/region. We always share data internally and with service providers and partners who work with us to provide services. By design, other users of our services may also see certain information (such as your in-game alias or chat messages). We may also need to share data when changing company structure, as required by applicable laws or regulations, or when necessary for our legitimate rights or someone's vital interests, although these situations are uncommon. We may share your data with third parties to achieve the purposes described in this statement. This may include sharing data with the following categories of recipients:
- Companies that help us develop or operate games or other services.

Additionally, please consider that certain information you submit or provide through the services may be visible to other users of our services. This generally applies, for example, to your public profile information in our games (such as your in-game alias), and your chat messages in our games and information used to provide social features (such as families or leaderboards). You should expect this type of information to be public; if you wish to keep certain information private, please do not submit or provide that information.
We may transfer your data to countries/regions outside of the European Union ("EU") and the European Economic Area ("EEA"). For example, many servers where we host data are located in the United States, and some group companies or service providers we use to provide services may be located outside of the EU and EEA. Data protection laws in these countries/regions may differ from those in your country/region. In such cases, we will provide appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data. This may include applying EU-approved standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data or other safeguards recognized by applicable laws and regulations. Upon request, we can provide you with a copy of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and more detailed information about applicable safeguards.
7 How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your data as long as necessary for collection purposes, including providing services to you or complying with any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We may periodically delete or de-identify inactive accounts or other data in our games or other services.
After the relevant retention period has passed, we will delete or de-identify your data, or if deletion or de-identification is not possible (e.g., because data is stored on backup servers), we will isolate your data from further processing until deletion or de-identification is possible. We may continue to use data that does not identify you (e.g., aggregate data).
8 How do we ensure your data is secure?
We have taken measures to provide an appropriate level of security for your data based on the level of risk for the processing activities involved as described in this statement. These measures are designed to protect your data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration, as well as unauthorized disclosure or access. The specific measures we employ vary but generally include mechanisms such as encryption during transmission, anonymization of identification data where feasible, control mechanisms to limit access to services or systems containing personal data, and maintaining procedures for handling any suspected security incidents. Please note that although we strive to protect your data, the internet is inherently an insecure environment, and we cannot guarantee that your data is absolutely secure.
9 Your Rights
According to applicable laws and regulations, you have several rights regarding your data. If we are processing your data, you can request to exercise these rights. For example, you can request access to your data, request deletion of that data, or withdraw consent where applicable. Please check the settings menu of our games to find options for using these rights, or contact us by sending an email to avectortechnology@gmail.com. If we are processing your data, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your data.
- Request that we restrict the processing of your data.
- Object to our processing of your data within the scope of our processing based on our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of third parties.
- Obtain a machine-readable format copy of the personal data you have provided to us, where technically feasible.
If we process your data with your consent, you also have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Where applicable, you can manage your advertising preferences in game settings under "Terms and Privacy" or a similarly named option. Please note that even if you withdraw consent, we will continue to process your data if we have a legal basis for that item.
To access your data or request its deletion in our games, please use the automated tools provided by the game. You can find these tools under "Terms and Privacy" or a similar option in game settings. On the same page, you can also choose to disable our personalization services (if applicable). These tools are specific to each game, meaning you should submit your request separately in each game. Please use these tools to submit requests. This will help us verify, process, and fulfill your request more quickly and reliably.
If you have created an account with us for use in our games, automated tools to access or request deletion of data related to that account are provided through account settings. These tools are specific to the account used in our games, which is separate from your account in each individual game. This means you should request access or deletion for the individual games you play (as described above) in the places where you wish to do so. Please submit requests through account settings. This will help us verify, process, and fulfill your request more quickly and reliably.
To unsubscribe from our marketing newsletters, please use the unsubscribe link in the messages we send. The unsubscribe link is usually located at the end of the email body.
To exercise any rights, you can also contact us by mail: avectortechnology@gmail.com. To respond to requests submitted via email, we may need to confirm your identity to verify your right to make the request and may request additional information for this purpose. For example, we may ask you to provide appropriate details of the account involved in the request to confirm you are the account owner or authorized to act for the owner. Although we generally do not do this, we reserve the right to charge you an appropriate fee when you exercise your rights where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
Finally, you always have the right to complain to your local data protection authority about our processing of your data. However, we ask that you contact us first so that we have the opportunity to resolve your concerns.

We generally do not know the age of individuals using our services. However, in certain cases, we may ask you to confirm your age with us, or we may learn of your age in other ways. If we discover you are under 13 or have not reached the different age threshold we are required to follow due to applicable regulations or platform requirements, we may take steps to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service. If your access to the Service is not suspended or terminated, we will limit the use of your personal data to what is necessary for internal operations of our service and other uses permitted by applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements. This may include removing access to certain parts or features of the service.
