Article 1: List of Penalties and Descriptions

For players who violate the game management regulations in the game, "iTaiwan Online Game" will impose the following penalties depending on the severity of the circumstances:

  1. Forced Disconnection: Forcing a player to leave the game through system operations.
  2. Muting: Making a player unable to speak in the lobby, game tables, or use hot messages for a certain period of time.
  3. Prohibition of Changing Game Nickname/Password: A penalty that prevents players from changing their nicknames online or changing game passwords through a Game Master (GM).
  4. Permanent Suspension: Permanently stopping the player's right to use the account that violated the rules, or listing the user as a persona non grata of "iTaiwan Online Game," canceling the usage rights of the violating account.
  5. Point Deduction/Restoration: Deducting a certain amount of game points within "iTaiwan Online Game," or restoring data to a specific point in time.
  6. Login Ban: Permanently banning a specific IP or computer host from logging into the game.
  7. Moving/Deleting Electromagnetic Records: Refers to backing up and moving all data of the game account in the server (i.e., electromagnetic records) since the date of registration to another server database, or deleting it permanently.

Article 2: Relevant Penalty Regulations

  1. Forced Disconnection and Muting: When the following violations occur and are verified by the "iTaiwan Online Game" GM, the player will be forced to leave the game area and muted for 1 to 7 days. Online GMs will impose penalties according to the circumstances and rules.
    • Distributing commercial, advertising, or pornographic data, websites, or intermediary remarks in the game.
    • Spreading unverified rumors or false statements that cannot be specifically proven, or maliciously spreading unverified or unfounded statements in text or image form.
    • Revealing the privacy of others or players who damage the rights of third parties.
    • Attacking other players with insults, defamation, personal attacks, threats, or language containing obscene meaning or racial discrimination.
  2. Prohibition of Changing In-Game Nickname/Password:
    • If the same account logs in from multiple different computers or IPs within one day and is reported by an online GM, the player may be prohibited from changing the game account and password to protect legitimate players in the game.
    • Maliciously kicking other players out of a game table, or arbitrarily disconnecting or closing the program during a game. For repeat offenders, changing nicknames and passwords will be prohibited. This makes players unable to speak in the lobby, tables, or via hot messages for a certain period.
  3. Seven-Day Login Ban: Once the system verifies that players are colluding by discarding specific cards for each other (splitting or feeding cards) or cheating in the game by any improper means, the account will be banned from logging in for seven days and prohibited from changing account details, which will be announced on the official website.
  4. Permanent Suspension:
    • Publicly distributing or selling "iTaiwan Online Game" game points or accounts in the game.
    • Impersonating a GM or staff member to intimidate other well-intentioned players' accounts.
    • Using any software or communicating between players to collude in feeding or splitting cards to improperly obtain points or scores, causing point losses for other players or resulting in unfair activities.
    • Players leaking their "iTaiwan Online Game" account and password and transferring them to others for compensation, or trading points between each other in the game.
    • Guessing or stealing other players' account passwords, then transferring points in the game to a specific game account.
    • Publishing false news in the name of a GM or staff member.
    • Player accounts that use any program resulting in abnormal game packet transmission rates.
  5. Point Deduction/Restoration:
    • When account points increase due to another player's top-up error, once reported and verified by the player who made the error, the incorrectly added points shall be deducted or restored depending on the situation.
    • When points abnormally increase due to data processing errors by "iTaiwan Online Game" game management personnel.
    • Game accounts that violate Permanent Suspension rules 3-3, 3-4, 3-5, and any participating game accounts.
  6. Login Ban: If a player repeatedly violates permanent suspension rules using newly applied accounts after being permanently suspended, "iTaiwan Online Game" may impose a login ban on that player, and all accounts attributable to that player will be permanently suspended.
  7. Moving/Deleting Electromagnetic Records:
    • Deleting Electromagnetic Records: To maintain nickname availability for other players and for database security, if a player's registered account has never made a purchase, has points equal to or less than 50, has logged in fewer than 10 times, and has not logged into the game within 3 months, the system will delete the electromagnetic records of that account.
    • For players who have not logged in for over a year, the system will back up and move their electromagnetic records to another server database.

Article 3: Prohibited Behaviors in the Game

"iTaiwan Online Game" strictly prohibits the following behaviors. If caught by game management personnel, the account will be permanently suspended and the player will be immediately banned from logging in. "iTaiwan Online Game" reserves all rights to legal prosecution and may proactively file a lawsuit or report to relevant investigative units depending on the severity. Players should not take risks to avoid lifelong consequences.

  1. Maliciously exploiting system bugs, or using any non-game software (e.g., intruding, intercepting, damaging, or modifying game data/packet values), or changing original programs and system lock/unlock settings to obtain improper points or affect game fairness. If this causes abnormal game data, system errors, crashes, or damage, the account will be temporarily suspended for investigation. This applies to players found guilty of major offenses or those affecting server/station operations.
  2. Distributing or promoting illegal acts defined by the laws of the Republic of China to induce crime.
  3. Players conducting illegal transactions for firearms, drugs, etc., in the game lobby, tables, or via hot messages.
  4. "iTaiwan Online Game" management personnel have the right to record or archive phone calls and other communication methods with players and reserve the right to legal prosecution.
  5. Players who maliciously fabricate false rumors to seriously damage the business reputation of "iTaiwan Online Game."

Article 4: Activity Related Instructions

For all activities related to "iTaiwan Online Game," whether regular or irregular, once a GM verifies that a player has engaged in prohibited behaviors defined in these rules or other unlisted behaviors affecting fairness during competitions, "iTaiwan Online Game" will handle the matter strictly according to these regulations and disqualify the player from continuing or receiving awards. Any terms not covered here for specific competitions will be explained via in-game scrolling text and official website announcements, becoming effective from the date of announcement.

  1. If players disagree with the "iTaiwan Online Game" game management regulations and activity rules, please do not participate in "iTaiwan Online Game" games or any hosted activities.
  2. Any participation in activities by means that violate game regulations will result in the non-recognition of scores and records during the activity period, and awards will not be issued. Investigation will follow according to these regulations.
  3. For any prizes obtained by violating activity rules and game regulations, "iTaiwan Online Game" has the right to reclaim issued prizes and reserves the right to legal prosecution.
  4. According to the tax laws of the Republic of China, for any prize money reaching 13,333 TWD or more, a 15% tax must be levied. For non-nationals, tax will be withheld according to national tax laws (20% for those staying less than 183 days), to be borne by the winner.
  5. Matters not covered in various activity rules shall be implemented according to the "iTaiwan Online Game" game management regulations.

Article 5: Matters Not Handled by Customer Service and GMs

"iTaiwan Online Game" does not interfere with the real-world interactions between players, nor does it intervene in friction caused by dialogues or disputes within the game. Other matters not handled include:

  1. Disputes arising from private point transfers or lending between player accounts.
  2. Blank, meaningless customer complaints or those without any contact information.
  3. Requests to query data of other players not belonging to oneself (including electromagnetic records, login IPs, email addresses, etc.).

Article 6: Instructions on the Power to Change Management Regulations

Due to changes in laws or the necessity of providing game services, "iTaiwan Online Game" reserves the right to add, modify, or delete all or part of these management regulations. Announcements will be made on the homepage at the time of modification without individual notice. Players may not demand any compensation or indemnity for this and shall be bound by the revised terms from the time of announcement on this website. Continued use of "iTaiwan Online Game" services after an announcement constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
